Relaxation Swedish,  Deep Tissue,  focus-work,  trigger point,  acupressure techniques.  Also experienced in pre and post pregnancy massage therapy.  Reiki energy work and Matrix Energetics.  With specialized training in Cranial manipulation for headaches, migraines and vertigo.

 

Experience includes 10 yrs at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR @ the Nike Sports Center.  8 yrs on the North Oregon coast working at high end boutique spas -  Spa Manzanita and the Headlands Resort and Spa.
